A teacher is the heart and at the center of the education system.
The overriding purpose of a Christian educator is to help learners discover what God made them to be, and to gladly obey him.
A teacher’s world view will effect the world view of the learners, so that is why teachers need this time in Education Discipleship Training School to concentrate on their relationship with God.
