School Application

Thank you for applying for the YWAM School. May you know the Lord’s grace as you seek His direction.  In order for us to process your application, the school leader must receive the following completed forms. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A in the blank space.  Husbands and wives enrolling as students must complete their own individual applications.

1. Entry Application Form: This form must be filled out by all applicants.

2. Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of 20,000 USh (US$15/£10) is to be forwarded with your application.
