School of Biblical Studies
It is taught in 9 months and covers the entire Bible. The Bible, being God’s gift to us, is intended primarily to deepen our relationship with Him. To this end there is an urgent need to understand the Word, its authors and history, and to hear what God is saying to us.
Since God’s heart is for all individuals to have a personal relationship with Him, it is imperative that all of us understand the Bible, the greatest book and ultimate manual of all times on how to relate to a holy God. We recognise that knowing the Bible, understanding and applying its principles is not just for pastors and preachers but also for every professing Christian. The BS seeks to teach students to read scripture in context and so to gain a clearer understanding of the Bible. Understanding God’s inspired Word, the Bible, is both essential and foundational in any pursuit to know God and effectively serve Him.
